Why the sandbox is synthetic
A public upload-your-own-cheque tool would create a data-processing relationship before the contract, DPA, and security review exist. The sandbox uses a fixed synthetic corpus: safe to share, reproducible, and scored against ground truth. Once the NDA and DPA are in place, a private evaluation can use de-identified customer images.
