SimpleSwitch button toggles between USB and network modes. Same compact footprint as the Pro Elite. Compatible with optional ReceiptNOW Elite modular printer.

MICR read head present
This scanner includes a magnetic MICR read head that reads the iron-oxide-encoded characters at the bottom of the cheque. The magnetic signal provides a primary read for the routing number, account number, and cheque number. An optical read of the same characters is typically used as confirmation or fallback.
